Ranieri is a Trainee Lawyer and Associate who joined the Rome office in 2011.
His practice areas include civil law, international and European law, commercial and corporate law. Ranieri is currently engaged in several recovery cases for public entities and financial sector companies, and in numerous international commercial transactions.
Ranieri spent January and February 2013 working as an intern at the law firm Moura Tavares, Figuereido, Moreira e Campos in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
Before joining SQ Law, he trained for one semester at Deloitte Studio Legale Associato in Rome and, for one year, at Studio Legale Avv. Michele Lupo in Caltanissetta. In 2006 he was an intern at the corporation Mape USA Inc. in Minneapolis, USA, developing relevant experience in commercial and international business law.
He was research assistant to Professor Christoph Van der Elst, at Tilburg University, in the study of corporate governance rules and standards applied between 1994 and 2005 in Italy and helped write the publication: “Law and Economics of Shareholders’ Rights and Ownership Structures: How Trivial are Shareholders’ Rights for Shareholders?”, Van der Elst, Christoph, (February 15, 2010). In July 2010 Ranieri volunteered as English teacher at the elementary school: Escuela Primaria Rural Federal “Emiliano Zapata” in Pucuaro, municipality of Jungapeo, Michoacán, Mexico.
